Salary: £28k - £32k DOE + company benefits package

Location: Reigate (office based)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm

If so, I have a great opportunity for an experienced property management professional to lead and support a small team of property co-ordinators from their modern offices based in Reigate.

You will already have a background within property management and be a natural problem solver with the ability to inspire and motivate a small team to manage their workflow and resolve day to day problems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been a property manager and wants to progress into a Team Manager of four employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating property maintenance on behalf of their clients using the organisations subcontractor network.
  • Manage a small team of property co-ordinators, ensuring company SLA’s and team targets are met.
  • Resolve day to day problems and know when to escalate the problem.
  • Ensuring your team are motivated and being trained in accordance with the company training procedures.
  • Meetings with clients, gaining their feedback and resolving any problems at the root cause to improve service levels.
  • Managing and delegating the workload amongst your team.
  • Dealing with escalated complaints.
  • Updating and ensuring information is accurately recorded on the CRM system.
  • Regularly review workloads to ensure that the team has adequate resources.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Property management background and ideally have managed a small team.
  • Good IT skills, inclusive or Word, Excel and using CRM systems.
  • Ability to problem solve, remain calm under pressure and meet service level agreements.
  • Enjoy coaching, motivating and developing individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Confident, positive and highly customer focused.
