Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Consultant at Locum Health UK. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, effective communication, and the recruiting process.

Qualifications

* Experience in Graduate Recruitment, Interviewing, and Consulting

* Strong communication skills

* Cold calling Experience

* Ability to effectively recruit and match candidates

* Experience in the recruitment industry

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

* Stable and good internet connection

Work Details:

* 9AM Till 6PM shift (1 hour break included)

* 5 days a week

* 10% Commission per new contract signed

* Fully Remote
