We are looking for a skilled and motivated Audit Manager on behalf of our clients in Farnham. Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact, and actively contribute to the development of new revenue streams
Audit Leadership: Lead and manage audit assignments to completion, overseeing people, budgets, billing recovery, and ensuring client engagement and satisfaction
Client Queries: Respond to ad-hoc client queries and provide expert advice on a range of audit and accounting matters
Business Development: Provide support for tenders, proposals, and other business development activities to promote the firm and enhance your external profile
Team Management: Contribute to the management of the audit team and broader compliance team, line-managing a small number of junior team members
Training & Development: Monitor technical audit and accounting developments, providing training to ensure the team stays updated and high standards are maintained 
Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications: ACCA / ACA qualified with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a UK practice environment
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a UK practice, with previous experience operating at the Assistant Manager level or above
Audit Expertise: Proven experience in producing high-quality audits
Business Development: Aptitude for assisting with business development activities
Commercial Approach: Strong self-starter with a commercial mindset
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
