Job Title - Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor

Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham

Job Location: Central Birmingham & surrounding areas.

Salary - £41,800(+ £750 Car Allowance) per annum

Contract type - Permanent

Working hours - Full Time (37 hours per week)

About the role

Our surveying team have an opportunity for an experienced surveyor to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming team to support effective delivery of internal and contracted repairs services with a focus on damp and mould prevention and remediation.

It`s a dynamic role meaning you will be responsible for scheduling works in our customers homes, making decisions on aids and adaptations and home alteration requests and managing insurance claims.

We operate hybrid working in the Surveying team which provides you with three days on site and two days completing your administration, one of which is working from home.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

We are looking for an organised person who can balance and prioritise their workload within a designated patch.

You will have a customer centric approach with a focus on getting it right first time. Ideally you will be a pragmatic decision maker and able to think on your feet.

Experience in Repairs & Maintenance surveying is essential.

You will have a Full UK Driving licence.

Knowledge of current legislation around Damp & Mould is benefical for this role.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
