Position: Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Stroud. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of commercial construction experience and hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans

* Conduct cost analysis and risk management

* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors

* Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms

* Provide accurate and timely financial reports

* Negotiate and manage variations and claims

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial construction

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification

* Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills

* Proficient in using relevant software and tools

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
