Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth.

* Identify new sales opportunities and generate high-quality leads.

* Use telephone sales, marketing techniques and networking to attract new business.

* Maintain a structured sales approach with both existing and prospective clients.

* Promote high-quality candidates across various industries, including Telecoms and M&E.

* Build and maintain a contractor database, ensuring consistent growth.

* Achieve personal KPI targets, including decision-maker calls, booked meetings and lead generation.

* Develop an in-depth understanding of industry-specific value propositions.

* Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

* Utilise CRM processes to track and analyse client engagement.

* Conduct business development presentations and follow up on hot leads.

* Attend corporate hospitality events to strengthen business relationships.

* Negotiate effectively, applying a strong "feature/benefit" sales approach.

Telesales Executive Experience and Skills Requirements:

* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

* Previous telesales or sales experience preferred.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* Interest in recruitment or sales.

* Motivated, competitive, and eager to progress within a growing company.
