Our client is a fast-growing Financial services start up, led by a dynamic Russian CEO and are planning on expanding to 150 employees in the next year. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our clients UHNW CEO and top team. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure and organisation, handle multiple projects proactively, and has outstanding academic credentials. Excellent written and spoken English is also essential.

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive support to the UHNW CEO.
• Assist the top team, organising agendas and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Proactively manage and drive projects to completion.
• Liaise with other EAs and coordinate with their EA in Russia.
• Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and property oversight.
• Prepare company decks and investor meeting materials.
• Ensure a polished and professional company image, welcoming clients and investors.

What you will need:

• Strong background, ideally in finance, private equity, or hedge funds.
• Exceptional written and spoken English; fluency in Russian is mandatory.
• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Personable with a positive attitude, able to solve problems and bring energy to the team.
• Well-presented, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage last-minute travel and complex schedules.
