Salary £60,000 to £70,000 plus Car allowance.

What You Will Do:

Lead a team of multi-disciplined field service engineers, ensuring the highest levels of installation, commissioning, and maintenance services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Manage training and development for the service team, aligning capabilities with the company's growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, improving response times and overall service quality.
Create and present detailed reports to senior management, providing insights into service operations and performance.
Oversee the management of spare parts and sales opportunities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and customer support.
What You Will Bring:

Over 5 years of technical service management experience in a high-value machinery or related industry.
Proven ability to manage remote technical resources and cultivate a high-performance team culture.
Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and service delivery optimization.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
An engineering or scientific background, with a preference for candidates with experience in the UPVC/fenestration industry.
