A Bedford based law firm are currently recruiting a Legal Practice Manager to join their team.**You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Practice Manager within the legal profession**Experience to include:

• Operations management (including HR, IT, business development and quality standards)
• Human resources management
• Recruitment of staff
• Organising professional indemnity insurance renewals
• Ensuring the renewal of fee earners’ practising certificates and CPD training requirement compliance
• Understanding of Regulatory and Compliance issues
