About the Role: As a Year 1 teacher at our school, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons that support the development of young minds. You will create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel motivated and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students

Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support where necessary

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's individual needs

Promote a love of learning and encourage the development of social and emotional skills
