Regional Director (Care Homes)
Salary: From £75,000
Location: Multi-site (travel required across several regions)
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a strategic and experienced Regional Director to lead and support a network of care and nursing homes. This role is ideal for a seasoned Regional or Operations Manager with a passion for driving operational excellence, achieving exceptional care outcomes, and empowering Regional Managers to deliver the highest standards across all services.

What Our Client Is Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or above), or a Nursing qualification
- Experience: Proven experience in an operational, regional, or multi-site leadership role within care homes or nursing homes
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, care governance, and service development
- Communication: A confident and collaborative communicator, able to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently across multiple regions as required by the role
The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing leadership and guidance to Regional Managers and care home teams, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care
- Overseeing the implementation and development of quality and operational strategies in line with business objectives
- Ensuring operational effectiveness across services, including compliance, performance monitoring, and service delivery
- Driving the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care, in line with regulatory standards
- Identifying and actioning opportunities for growth, innovation, and service development
- Increasing profitability and ensuring efficient resource management across the region
- Representing the organisation in external partnerships and regulatory relationships
- Travelling regularly to support and connect with services and teams across the regions
