Bates & Bradshaw are working in partnership with an employer who manufacture high performance electrical cable assemblies and control panels for defence, aerospace, marine, industrial and commercial applications.

Job Description:

You will be working in a very fast paced environment that is clean and comfortable. As a cable Assembler you will be building hight quality cable assemblies using Braid Trimmers, Wire Strippers, Heat Shrinking, Heat Guns, Crimpers and Soldering Irons. (Full Training will be given)

Role Responsibilities:

* Be able to read schematics and assembly drawings, although full training will be given

* Plan and execute assembly of electrical assemblies

* Produce quality electrical cable assemblies to specific requirements

* Continuously developing your skills

* Reliable and good time keeping

* Working in a fast-paced environment

* Good attention to detail

* Must be good with you hands, this role can be extremely fiddly

Working Hours

* Monday to Thursday - 8am - 4.30pm

* Friday - 8am to 1.30pm

The site is only a 10 minute walk from Brough Train Station, all trains leaving and arriving in Hull stop at Brough.

* Overtime rate is £18.32 per hour
