Our client is a multi-disciplined Health & Safety organisation, with a strong presence across the UK and an excellent reputation. A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor in the South East of England. You will be meeting with clients on site to undertake in-depth Fire Risk Assessments on a wide variety of client sites and discussing findings and recommendations in great detail. Applicants must have a proactive approach to remaining up-to-date with compliance standards and industry changes. Experience / Qualifications:
- Applicants must have proven history working as a Fire Risk Assessor for a reputable outfit
- Will be qualified with NEBOSH Fire and other industry-related tickets and memberships
- Must be qualified with the Level 4 in Fire Risk Assessing
- Can demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge
- It would be preferred that candidates have experience working on high-rise properties
- Strong IT proficiency
- Good written ability
- Professional manner

The Role:
- Undertaking thorough Fire Risk Assessments on a range of industrial, commercial, manufacturing and residential client sites
- Reviewing fire safety plans and strategizing and implementing improvements
- Producing comprehensive reports to outline found risks and recommendations
- Undertaking investigations as required and following up with remedial actions
- Creating site-specific fire plan drawings and plans
- Delivering training and compliance courses to both internal staff and clients
- Meeting with clients on site to discuss technical report findings and answering any queries
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients
