This is a great opportunity for a versatile and experienced tradesperson to contribute to a high-profile project as part of a professional and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Performing a range of skilled tasks, including carpentry, tiling, plastering, and basic plumbing.
* Ensuring high-quality workmanship across all tasks.
* Assisting with snagging and finishing works as required.
* Identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
* Working collaboratively with site management and other trades.
* Adhering to site health and safety regulations.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a multi-trader in residential construction.
* Proficiency in a variety of trades, such as carpentry, tiling, and plastering.
* Valid CSCS card (essential).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality.
Role Details:
* Start Date: Immediate.
* Location: Hythe
* Duration: Ongoing.
* Pay: £19 - £20 per hour (CIS pay).
