We're on the look out for an experienced Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable Accountant to join an international media organisation! Joining the London-based team, the ideal candidate will have experience in cash book management, customer account maintenance, invoicing, and debt chasing.

Please be advised that this will be a 6 month temp-to-perm opportunity, so you will need to be immediately available.

Responsibilities:

• Customer account maintenance and cash reconciliation
• Posting client payments on Navision
• Debt chasing and management in collaboration with Sales Ledger Manager
• Daily cashbook updates and accurate posting
• Assisting with invoicing process as needed
• Preparation of reports and updates for Sales Ledger Manager
• Posting invoices and account opening for new customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a sales ledger / credit control environment (media/creative industry preferred)
• Proven experience in complex cashbook management and successful debt chasing
• Navision / Trust Accounting experience is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
