This exciting role for a Property Surveyor involves providing professional surveying and technical support contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of the Asset Management strategy for a Social Housing provider.
The position requires a driven individual with vast knowledge and experience in property surveying, capable of delivering optimal results in a fast-paced environment. This role does not manage a team.

Description
- Provide effective capital investment, cyclical, statutory maintenance services, on time and to budget, in line with legislation, policy, capital programme and strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate strong financial expertise and control.
- Conduct detailed property surveys and prepare accurate reports.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in the department.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to the team and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Property Surveyor should have:
- Ideally at least 5 years in a Surveying role previously within the Social Housing environment.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in surveying, property management, or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of property surveying.
- Proficient in CAD design work.
- Robust understanding of current health and safety legislation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
