Focus 5 Recruitment are working exclusively with an established B2B brand who are looking to recruit a versatile professional with a full mix of marketing experience. This Marketing Manager role is about driving client acquisition and retention of the current client base.

The company offer tech solutions for companies operating mainly in the food, hospitality and retail sectors - experience here would be a definite plus. We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong commercial acumen with the ability to demonstrate the impact they have had in previous roles - specifically in relation to sales growth and product / service launches.

Duties for the Marketing Manager: -

* Develop and implement marketing strategy, ensuring brand values and tone are consistent across all activities.

* Create and execute a customer-focused content strategy aligned with business goals - mainly sales growth and retention of the existing client base

* Set, track, and report on KPIs to monitor and optimize marketing effectiveness.

* Extract key qualitative and quantitative insights from the existing customer database to identify trends and areas for growth opportunities.

* Manage and coordinate a multi-channel marketing strategy that ensures a consistent and compelling brand message.

* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

* Oversee marketing budget, publications schedule, and collaboration with external partners and key stakeholders.

* Maintain strict budget control and assess ROI to guide future marketing investments.

* Represent the brand confidently as an ambassador at industry events and outreach initiatives.

Experience required for the Marketing Manager: -

* A full mix of marketing expertise including all creative, digital and communication aspects (CRM, Digital, PR, traditional marketing).

* A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies which have a shown to have a positive commercial impact.

* Strong internal communication strategy experience and stakeholder management.

* Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and content management systems (CMS).

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

* Proactive in conducting analysis and communicating insights from reports.

* Experience in executing social media and event-based marketing campaigns.

* Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
