Academics is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA to join a well-regarded primary school in Eltham and the surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual with a solid understanding of the primary curriculum, excellent classroom management skills, and a positive, supportive attitude towards teaching.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and effective lessons across all primary key stages
Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and maintaining high educational standards
Running small group booster sessions to support students in improving their numeracy and literacy skills
Ensuring that lessons are delivered according to the plans set by the class teachersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

HLTA qualification
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies
Experience with positive behaviour management in primary education
Confidence in delivering pre-planned lessons independently
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
