Position Overview:
The role involves ensuring that all communication materials are consistent with the company’s branding and messaging strategies. It is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is creative and has strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading content for press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with team members to develop content for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns)
- Create and maintain content calendars for various communication channels
- Social Media Management:
- Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights
- Media Relations:

- Assist in drafting press releases and media advisories
- Help build and maintain relationships with media contacts by updating media lists and coordinating outreach
- Internal Communications:
- Support internal communication initiatives by drafting internal newsletters, emails, and memos
- Assist in organizing and promoting internal events, meetings, and activities
- Research and Reporting:
- Conduct research on communication trends, competitor activities, and media outlets
- Gather data and prepare reports on the effectiveness of communication campaigns
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
