What’s the role?

Spa Receptionist – immediate start available – full-time

Where will you be working?

Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

What will you be doing?

• You will be the first point of contact for spa guests and members, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
• You will use your exceptional knowledge and passion for our products to advise guests and members about the treatments and services available
• You will schedule of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability
• You will maintain our various systems and reports along with daily admin duties. Skills in Opera or similar are an advantage
