What will I be doing?

Glad you asked. Joining our Talent division as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be identifying new customers within a specific technology sector and finding niche talent for them.

You'll be working alongside a team of ambitious and motivated sales people. In fact, your new colleagues in the Nottingham office are some of THE most successful recruiters in the UK business.

Your outbound phone experience will be invaluable as this is how you'll build relationships with tech experts.

You'll receive full training so don't worry if your IT expertise only stretches to unlocking your phone!

• Speak to tech professionals in your niche market sector
• Chase sales leads
• Win vacancies from hiring managers
• Negotiate business terms
• Meet customers in-person and virtually
• Build your socal media presence

What can I earn?

• A basic salary of £25-35k depending on your sales experience
• Bonus up to 30% per Contractor, and up to 40% per Permanent placement, paid monthly
