• Attend appointments generated from leads
• Discuss products with customers and establish next steps
• Negotiate pricing with customers with the goal of securing a deal on the spot
• Follow up with customers within a specified timeframe
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers to provide excellent after-sales service

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in a sales role, with preference from estate agency or a previous role that has utilised lead follow ups and deal negotiation
• Must be able to work on Saturdays with one day off in the week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
