Our Client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Genesys Cloud Developer to join their team in Johannesburg on a contract basis. The resource can work remotely and will be working during American/LATAM time zones.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications on the Genesys Cloud platform.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure high performance and reliability of cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.
- Experience in integrating enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and applications.
