Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads using various sources, including online databases and social media platforms
Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate interest in the company's products or services
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to establish their needs and requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and action plans for converting leads into customers
Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes using the company's CRM system
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities
Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving individual and team targetsSkills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in lead generation or sales is highly desirable BUT not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficient in using CRM systems and other lead generation tools
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
