Right Now Group have exclusively partnered with a Fulfilment Logistics company that are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations across both their Heathrow and Oxford sites. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has a strong grasp of inventory management, and can drive operational efficiency while keeping the team motivated.
You'll be overseeing the day-to-day warehouse activities, enforcing high standards of safety and organisation, and ensuring that the fulfilment operations run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing warehouse function and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:Warehouse Operations & Management:- Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain an organised, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure stock accuracy and proper rotation of inventory using the WMS System.
- Implement and monitor key warehouse KPIs, such as order accuracy and dispatch timelines.
Team Leadership & Development:- Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team across both locations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve personnel issues and promote a positive work culture.
Process & Performance Improvement:- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits.
- Maintain and enforce warehouse discipline, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:- Work closely with the Operations & Logistics Supervisor to align warehouse activities with courier export operations.
- Assist in staffing, shift scheduling, and workload management to handle peak periods efficiently.
Customer Service & Fulfilment:- Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time with high accuracy.
- Address and resolve fulfilment-related customer service issues.
What We're Looking For:Experience: Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
Organisation: Excellent stock control and warehouse management skills.
Health & Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
