The Information Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an organization's security architecture. This role requires a deep understanding of security principles, the ability to create comprehensive security solutions, and the expertise to protect the organization's information assets. The Information Security Architect will work closely with various departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and Implement Security Strategies:

* Design and develop security architectures for IT projects, including cloud, application, and infrastructure security.

* Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.

* Technical Leadership:

* Provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT security team.

* Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and practices.

* Incident Response and Management:

* Lead the incident response team in the event of a security breach.

* Develop and maintain incident response plans.

* Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports.

* Compliance and Governance:

* Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).

* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure security policies are up-to-date.

Qualifications

* Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred.

* Experience:

* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture.

* Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions.

* Technical Skills:

* In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security technologies.

* Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP).

* Understanding of cloud security principles and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)..
