We're currently working with a well-established civil engineering and construction business that delivers high-quality projects across the UK and Ireland. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're now looking to bring a Site Engineer on board for projects based in the East Midlands - mainly around Nottinghamshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their engineering career. You'll play a key role in the delivery of a range of projects across sectors including civil engineering, residential, commercial, and water infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the successful delivery of projects, focusing on earthworks, drainage, foundations, and substructures

Managing subcontractors on site and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Ordering and quantifying materials accurately

Working to programme deadlines and keeping projects on track

Building strong relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors

Ensuring all work meets high standards in quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance

Learning and growing within a supportive team, with regular development opportunities

What We're Looking For:

A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a team environment

Someone who's driven by deadlines and can motivate others to meet project goals

3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally with experience in adoptable drainage and roads

A relevant degree in Construction Engineering or a related field

Experience working on residential and/or commercial builds

Confident using AutoCAD, Total Station, and standard IT tools like MS Office

Full UK driving licence required
