Salary: £12.00 - £15.00 per hour

Due to continued growth, a highly successful consultancy has a new opening for an Administrator. The Administrator role involves contacting customers to book appointment for their team along with monitoring spreadsheets and general office administrative functions.

  • Salary: £13 - £14 P/H
  • 25 hours - flexible working hours
  • Hybrid working - Mondays in the office
  • Temp - perm

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Contacting residents to schedule required appointments
  • Inputting relevant information into the in-house database
  • Rescheduling any missed appointments effectively
  • Liaising with the in-house team regarding any reschedules and queries
  • Managing and manipulating data using Excel
  • General administrative functions including emailing, electronic filing, and document management
  • Providing excellent customer service to a variety of clients

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work on own initiative and multitask effectively
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
