Key Responsibilities:

Teach Computer Science at Key Stage 3 & 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 in the future
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to excel in the subject
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
Assess, track, and report on student progress
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and contribute to school improvement
Stay up-to-date with developments in Computer Science and educational technology
Support extra-curricular activities that promote students' interest in technology and codingKey Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science or a related field
A teaching qualification (QTS) or a commitment to achieving it
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Computer Science
Previous teaching experience teaching Computer Science to secondary school level!
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to engage and motivate students at various levels of ability
A collaborative and adaptable approach to working within a team
