About the Role:

Individualised Support: Work closely with students to implement tailored support plans, helping them manage their emotions and develop effective coping strategies.
Positive Behaviour Development: Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment where positive behaviour is encouraged. Implement behaviour management strategies, rewarding and reinforcing positive actions.
Educational Support: Assist students in accessing the curriculum by providing one-on-one help with academic tasks and collaborating with teachers to adapt learning materials to suit individual needs.
