A leading company in South Leicestershire are looking for a Stores person with FLT Licence/Experience who is confident working in a fast-paced warehousing and stores environment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stores person to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, organising stock, and ensuring the smooth running of the storage area. This role requires a high level of organisation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role will involve working in a team with other members of the team. You will be working to tight deadlines and be able to be reactive as goods come in/out of the warehouse, organising deliveries and shipping as well as receiving goods into the warehouse and ensuring the are unpacked and located accordingly.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
Organise and maintain the storage area to ensure efficient and safe operations
Assist in the assembly and packaging of products as needed
Coordinate with other team members to fulfil orders and manage stock levels
Operate the FLTQualifications:

Proven experience as a Stores person or similar role
A valid FLT Licence or proven experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsDay-to-day:

Receive and inspect incoming materials
Organise and label inventory for easy access
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill material requests
Assemble and package products as required
Maintain a clean and organized storage areaApply:
