Smile Digital are pleased to be working with a global branding and marketing agency looking to bring in an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working across the marketing mix, with a particular focus on paid ads. Your goal will be to ensure all clients see results from your eye-catching campaigns.

You will be working with a small and passionate team, with support from content creators to PPC Execs. Working with clients from well-known fashion and retail brands all the way to family run e-commerce companies, you will enjoy no day being the same.

What you'll do as a Digital Marketing Manager:

* Develop and implement a range of digital strategies

* Support on campaigns across paid and organic

* Take control on projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly

* Manage brainstorming sessions and create engaging content

* Mentor and support junior members of the team

What you'll bring as a Digital Marketing Manager:

* 5+ years experience

* Experience working in an agency environment

* Experience leading teams and managing others

* Confident in a fast-paced environment

* Great communication skills
