Head of Projects
Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Projects to join a leading FM provider covering a muliple sites in London.
This is a full time permanent position paying up too £90,000 per annum with a car allowance and generous bonus scheme,
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Projects:
* Develop and lead teams providing training and development
* Generate a sales pipeline to deliver revenues to the business unit
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Ensure the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence.
* Plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of opportunities.
* Ensure projects are delivered on all maintenance contracts.
* Manage Business unit forecast
* Negotiate contractual obligations and disputes upstream and downstream
Head of Projects essential experience:
* Proven track record of delivering projects for a main contractor
* Experience of developing new project opportunities
* Proven experience of running a P&L
* Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
* Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals
