Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician
Location: Leeds (and surrounding areas)
Salary: £40,000

We are recruiting for a highly skilled and qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to essential be the face of the contract, working across prestigious apartment blocks in and around the Leeds area. If you are looking for a rewarding position that combines electrical expertise with a variety of maintenance tasks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct electrical inspections and testing

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems

* Perform general building maintenance as required

* Be part of the 1 in 8 call-out rota (after probation period)

Essential Requirements:

* 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification

* Experience in electrical maintenance and inspections

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

* Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients
