Job Title: Process Operator
Location: Chester
Pay rate:
£12.12 p/h for the day role: Monday to Thursday 06:45-16:15
£15.15 p/h (inc shift allowance) for the Shift role:
Monday to Thursday 06:00-15:00 / 15:00-24:00 (rotating shift)
Flexibility is needed to work shifts as and when required.
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Our client in Chester is offering an exciting opportunity as a Process Operator.
You'll be responsible for carrying out the production of the manufacturing process on a designated production cell.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Achieving the production targets set for the department on a daily basis
Highlighting and communicating faults which may cause production delay
Ensuring all operating conditions are correct before commencing manufacture
Maintaining accurate records of production, and any other operational data as requested by the Team Leader
Ensuring the work area is kept clean and safe at all times
Promoting and adhering to the company's system and procedures at all times
Key requirements for applicants:
Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing / heavy engineering environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
