If so, we invite you to join our dedicated Social Care team as a Senior Support Worker at a brand-new residential children's home in Edgware. This home is designed to support children aged 6-17 years with emotional and mental health needs, providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where they can thrive.

Currently, in the process of Ofsted registration, the home is looking to build a skilled and compassionate team committed to delivering exceptional care and support.

What You'll Do

Provide Emotional Support: Help young residents navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 is required for this role.
Driving License: A valid license is essential for supporting transportation needs.

Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal skills are vital for working effectively with young people, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
