Luxury Night Concierge - Permanent, Luxury Site, SW LondonFull time : 12 h shift on 4 days in and 4 days offSalary: £ 27,000 - £ 29,000 (depending on experience)The Opportunity:An award winning property management company are looking for luxury Residential Concierges for their iconic private residential development in South West London.The building is an incredibly prestigious development in an exclusive location, offering high-tech services and fully serviced facilities and living, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, treatment room, cinema room and screening room.Working within a wider Concierge team, you will be providing an exceptional 5* service to all residents and their visitors, offering lifestyle services and dealing with all requests.Duties and Responsibilities:* Meeting and greeting Residents, Visitors and Suppliers* Efficiently managing the lobby and lounges including general inspection and assuring tidiness throughout* Answering all incoming email to the site email address and efficiently following up (dealing with requests, logging defects into the system, responding to enquiries* Respond to complaints in a professional manner acting as a problem solver* Main/First point of contact for Residents requests* General enquiries* Action daily lifestyle requests for the residents* Performing health & safety checks and conducting visual inspections of the site.* Liaising with the housekeeping and maintenance team regarding any issues.Your experience :* Previous experience of being a Concierge/Receptionist at a 5* hotel or another luxury residential development* Strong communication skills* Tech savvy* A natural team player* Immaculate appearance, presentation and personal brand
Must have:
- Driving Licence Type B. This is an essential requirement.
