WE'RE HIRING: MAINTENANCE CONTRACT MANAGER!
Are you a skilled Maintenance Contract Manager looking for a new opportunity in the police industry? Look no further! Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced professional to join their team for a temporary period of 6 months.
As part of their team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing maintenance contracts to ensure the smooth running of essential police facilities.
- Utilise your excellent contract management knowledge to oversee and manage small works maintenance contracts with external vendors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper execution of services, including repairs, inspections, and installations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Manage the budget for maintenance contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports for senior management.
- HNC Construction or equivalent building related qualification.
- Understanding and knowledge of schedule of rates
- Writing specifications
- Obtaining quotes and issuing work
- Proven experience in contract management within the construction or facilities management industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive to different locations as required.
