Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an HR advisor with French language skills to join their team in Chester on a full time, 9-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of HR support and guidance to the business which will include employee relations such as disputes, appraisals and disciplinaries
• Answer any HR related queries that may arise via chat, email or telephone
• Maintain employee HR and personal development files, updating and running reports as required including new staff onboarding and leavers paperwork
• Support the creation and review of HR policies and processes
• Develop strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, line managers and vendors

Requirements

• Strong HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
• Fluency in French
• Great knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Experience using processes within HR/payroll management systems
• Detail oriented individual with great communication skills
