Senior Property Manager - Leading Property Company - Richmond-Upon-Thames

Our leading Property Management client are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate they can develop to become a successful senior member of staff in their Richmond office (parking and hybrid working).Working with an established and structured business with Private residential developments in the area, you will help play a key role by managing property portfolio in and around the West London area to ensure that customers get value for money and excellent customer support.

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours)
  • Flexible working / Hybrid working

Main duties (training provided)

  • Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
  • Overseeing a small team of assistants and juniors
  • Training and developing new members of staff
  • Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions
  • Attending client meetings and regular site visits
  • Overseeing contractors performance and any maintenance issues
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets for buildings
  • Overseeing building administration such as compliance
  • Working with internal departments to ensure your building remain clean, save and pleasant for residents
  • Support management with training and developing junior staff members

Experience Needed:

  • Proven block management or leasehold management experience
  • Customer focused and approachable
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress to a team leader within the first 6-12 months
  • Driver / Car (Parking and mileage expenses paid)
