Our client is seeking a Compliance Assistant who can demonstrate strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent document creation and management abilities. This role requires a practical, proactive individual capable of handling multiple deadlines with ease.
What you'll do:
As a Compliance Assistant, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the In-House Legal, Risk, and Compliance team. You will be responsible for coordinating all advice, requests, claims, and information sent to the team. Your excellent organisational skills will come into play as you collate and maintain relevant records on all data and documentation. You will also assist in creating a compliance resource library for staff reference. Regular report production, meeting support, subscription management, risk calendar maintenance, and policy rollout assistance are also key aspects of this role.
