Technical Supervisor - Facilities Management (Critical Environment) Location: Central LondonEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to £55,000 + benefits
Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee all maintenance, equipment, and service functions within our critical facilities environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of all systems while managing a skilled team of day and shift engineers. Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high operational standards are crucial to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee a team of engineers, including day and shift engineers, ensuring effective delivery of maintenance and engineering tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and functionality across all equipment and services.
- Ensure all planned maintenance tasks are carried out as scheduled, with an emphasis on statutory and mandatory requirements.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs related to facility performance and maintenance activities.
- Complete and record all required maintenance tasks using IT systems accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in a call-out rota to support 24/7 operations.
