Key Responsibilities

Management of Internal Works, oversee all internal fit-out activities, including plastering, carpentry, painting, flooring, MEP installations, and final finishes, ensure that all work meets the specified standards and regulations, conducting regular inspections and snagging, enforce on-site health and safety policies, ensuring all contractors and workers adhere to safety regulations, work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that internal works progress according to the construction programme and timelines, coordinate and manage subcontractors involved in internal trades, ensuring efficient work and resolving any issues or conflicts, address any issues or obstacles that arise in the internal fit-out process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines, provide regular updates to the Project Manager on progress, quality, and any challenges or risks, liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery, ensure materials for internal works are ordered, delivered on time, and stored correctly
