Role Summary

A Top 150 UK law firm are actively looking to recruit an Associate and Senior Associate into their established London corporate team.

A national law firm, you will work alongside Corporate Lawyers from regional offices but this role is based in London.

A pure corporate M&A role, you will primarily act within the SME market with a deal value anywhere between £10 million and £50 million.

Good hybrid working options with modest billing targets compared to other City law firms.

Experience Required

• Be a UK qualified Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 PQE
