About the Role
As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in leveraging data to create value-driven solutions for clients across industries. Their practice focuses on harnessing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and Visualization to deliver transformative insights. You will lead AI/ML initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development efforts, including go-to-market strategies and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
Develop and implement AI/ML models, covering data enrichment, feature engineering, model development, calibration, and validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies and business solutions.
Design and develop scalable, robust analytical models aligned with client needs.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of AI/ML solutions.
Provide expert consultancy on best practices, efficiencies, and improvements in data management.
Drive innovation by identifying new AI/ML use cases and bringing them to market.
Stay up-to-date with emerging AI and technology trends through research and industry engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis, AI/ML, and consultancy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with incomplete data and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Git, Docker, and AI/ML model deployment.
Experience with MLOps and AI system maintenance.
Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Data Modeling, Architecture, LLMs, Generative AI, Data Visualization, and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure).
Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
Must have:
Consultancy experience
EU Citizenship or Stamp 4 visa
