Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm

Responsibilities

Create a warm, rich, and inclusive environment for children.

Plan activities that are appropriate for children's ages and stages of development and are in line with their interests.

Observe and record children's development.

Ensure children are safe, secure, and protected.

Work in partnership with others, including parents/carers, co-workers, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification.

Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting is beneficial.

Up-to-date safeguarding training and knowledge is beneficial.

Certification in paediatric first aid is beneficial.

Enhanced DBS check to ensure suitability to work with children.

Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to adapt to the needs of the children and the setting
