Right now, due to our continued growth plans, we are looking for a Yard Colleague to join our growing Building Supplies business on a permanent contract out of our store in Queensborough, Isle of Sheppy, Kent.

About The Role…

As our Yard Colleague, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers, as well as assist customers with locating products and materials in the yard ensuring Chartway Building Supplies are the partner of choice for all of our customers.

Duties will include:

* Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers.

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with product selection.

* Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

* Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.

* Assist customers with locating products and materials in the yard.

* Provide accurate pricing information and process sales transactions.

* Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals.
