£100,000 + 20% bonus (pro rata based on tenure)

London (remote) with occasional travel to Dublin

The Role:

As the Head of Performance and Analytics, you will:

• Manage a team
• Handle business inquiries across a variety of stakeholders using analytics
• Develop sustainable, data-driven business strategies
• Use your commercial mindset to analyse existing products

Your Skills:

• Ability to communicate with a variety of technical and non technical stakeholders
• Commercial and analytical thinking
• Experience working with very large data sets
• Managerial experience
