As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiries to delivery. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert product knowledge, and guide them through selecting the right vehicle to meet their requirements.

Job Description

As a Sales Consultant your main responsibilities are:

* Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and performance.

* Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, warranties, and additional services.

* Negotiate sales terms, including price, trade-in allowance, and financing arrangements, to close deals effectively.

* Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

* Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications / Skills needed

* Excellent customer services skills, able to conduct yourself in a professional manner, establish rapport and build lasting relationships

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

* Manual UK driving licence holder

* Able to work flexibly in a fast paced environment

* Confident and demonstrates comprehensive understanding of products and services
