Danish Speaking Content Moderation - Dublin - Office based
Dublin, Ireland - inital 12 month contract.
Basic salary €25,305 per year + variable bonus of €540 per quarter (every 3 months) + fixed bonus of €4500 per year = OTE €31,965 per year
Job Overview:
The Privacy Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that clients' products comply with European Law Legislations by carefully analyzing and processing privacy-related requests. This role involves handling requests from both lawyers and private individuals, making critical decisions that align with client guidelines and legal frameworks. The Privacy Specialist must possess excellent judgment, a deep thirst for knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and Process Privacy Requests:
- Handle incoming privacy requests using online tools.
- Evaluate the validity of each request according to client policies.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
- Stay updated on changes to policies and protocols with support from the Training and Quality Departments.
- Collaboration with Policy Specialists:
- Work closely with client's policy specialists to manage cases and regulatory inquiries.
- Utilize the client's response framework to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Maintain Quality Standards:
- Ensure a high level of quality in every case reviewed.
- Meet weekly productivity targets as part of daily responsibilities.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with team members on various projects aimed at improving internal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Skill Development:
- Develop expertise in areas such as data management, tool usage, and quality assessment.
- Support Multiple Workflows and Markets:
- Adapt to support different workflows, products, and markets as needed.
- Primarily support the assigned market and workflow, but also assist with the English market.
- Utilize the Translation Tool to support other markets and workflows as business needs fluctuate.

Hours of Work
This role is 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, with shifts between the hours of 7am to 6pm based in Dublin 3. Please note there is no option of remote work.
Please note there is no relocation with this role so candidates should already be based locally to Dublin.
